Every person benefits from having a mentor- someone who provides him/her with personalized guidance and oversees their welfare. Keeping this aspect in mind, TPS has initiated a unique programme whereby all the students are divided into groups and mentored by a teacher. The teacher who is the mentor of a particular group is selected according to the predominant talent represented by that group. So be it sporting expertise, interest in music, art or dramatics.

Children are the fulcrum on which any parent’s world revolves. Even with the best intentions, sometimes parents make unwitting errors of judgment and conduct while dealing with their children. In order to apprise the parents of the many facets of proper upbringing, inculcation of discipline, values and respect for learning and many other such arenas, parental counseling is a constant feature at TPS, which is done by qualified and highly experienced counselors and experts.

Communication between parents and teachers is an important part of a young student’s education. The school encourages maximum interaction between the guardians and teachers so as to foster an atmosphere of openness and collaborative support and two way exchange. Regular PTM’s (Parent Teacher Meetings) give parents the chance to air their opinions, track their wards’ progress and forward their feedback and suggestions.
On many occasions teachers visit to student’s home and interact with parents regarding progress of students, their schedule & habits at home, their behavior & communication with their parents etc. this interaction is really helpful in accessing and keeping an eye on students all around  development.
